SP Smart School: Bringing education back to the schools

Before Independence (During British Raj), education was provided through the gurukul system; however, during the British Raj education was merely a mode of learning because they didn’t want independent individuals moreover, they planted seeds of dependency and created low-level labourers. After Independence (British Raj), Indian education faced impediments as the schooling system lacked a solid foundation but after years of research in education, the CEO of SP Smart School – Shivang Satya Gupta developed a schooling system- SP Smart Schooling System (currently known as SP Smart Hybrid Schooling System) that aid students in improving their learning methods and styles, gave them digital exposure, and helped them to build their careers.

Furthermore, students of SP Smart School gave students not only quality driven education but succored in building the character that helped them to succeed after they enter the real world of corporate. SP Smart school believes in providing education in such a way that a student does not need to go for tuition. And what’s better than a school providing all the education that helps students develop without going to tuition? This not only saves loads of money but also saves students time and energy. The benefits of not going to tuitions are galore.

Coaching institute has become an important part of everybody’s life. People think without tuition their children will not succeed in life. What is your opinion?

Shivang Satya Gupta narrates, “My opinion is simple and clear. I don’t agree with this notion of coaching and tuition. Tuition has been glamorized commercially by the beneficiaries. They advertise in big commercials and influence people. We at SP Smart School have tried to bring faith back to parents and children in the schooling system, be it private schools or government schools. We initially bought a change in private schools but in the end, it should go back to the government schools because we have a huge education structure in our democratic country. Almost 30 crore students are involved in government schools as compared to private schooling. So, a private school cannot deliver.” He further adds, “In recent times, coaching or tuition is not required; however, better schooling is needed. To address issues in the schooling system, teachers and authorities have to allot some extra time to cover the syllabus and make the schooling structure restrictive.”

In order to meet the needs of their students, SP Smart School has implemented a system referred to as SP Smart Schooling System. In this case, this system is a proven and guaranteed system that can change students’ learning methods and help them achieve high grades. At a micro level, it involves a series of system-based learning processes engaged in by educators, and they take various steps to assemble the learning outcomes, which are then repeated until a positive outcome is achieved.

Shivang Satya Gupta argues that if exams are kept easy, the cut-off marks will be high, which will encourage children to feel confident. An example of this would be a cricket pitch. Cricket pitches that are in good condition will encourage players to play and score a lot of runs. By doing so, we will be able to determine who is a better cricketer and who isn’t. In contrast, if we make the pitch rough and challenging, cricketers will have difficulty creating good runs. When that happens, an average player’s morale will be low, and he will feel confused about his abilities.

Currently, our education system is creating toughness in the examination. Shivang Satya Gupta appeals that instead of creating toughness, create simple exams that will boost the cut-off scores, and eventually it will assist students to enhance confidence and can work towards their goals.

Additionally, government schools are criticized for their weak education system and poor results for the children. This is a fabricated false notion implanted because government schools aren’t weak, it’s duress to become weak. Government schools are well-furnished institutions. They have an incredible infrastructure but the only reason the results of the students are not apar is that the people who manage the government set up lack strong vision.

Mr. Shivang Satya Gupta, CEO of SP Smart School, urges all government schools to implement a robust learning system and provide sustainable education. It is imperative that government schools establish meticulous administration for a rock-solid educational structure such as SP Smart School.
